At Sunnoss, we want you to feel absolutely magical in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right — whether it’s the fit, the fabric, or just a change of heart — we’re here to help. Our return process is designed to be clear, fair, and stress-free.

📅 Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 calendar days of delivery

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Tags are still attached and the item is in original packaging

  • Free of stains, perfume, makeup, or pet hair

If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot accept the return.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

  • Worn or washed garments

  • Accessories (e.g., socks, tights, hairpieces)

  • Undergarments or lingerie (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

💌 How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, please email us at info@sunnoss.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number

  2. Item(s) you wish to return

  3. Reason for return

  4. Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

🧵 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to swap an item for another size or style, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
